Das BME280 Sensor Modul erlaubt die Erfassung von

• Temperaturen von -40°C bis +85°C
• Luftfeuchtigkeit von 0% bis 100%
• Luftdruck von 300 bis 1100 hPa
• Höhe 0 bis 9000 Meter

Standardmässig ist bei dem BME280 über eine I2C Schnittstelle aktiv (CSB verfügt über einen 10K PullUp). Zur Nutzung der SPI Schnittstelle des BME280 3,3V Version muss dieser auf LOW / GND gesetzt werden.

Das BME280 Modul unterstützt dabei 2 I2C Adressen, selektierbar über den SDO PIN

• 0x76 / SDO PullDown
• 0x77 / SDO PullUp

BME280 Sensor Modul

Das BME280 Modul verfügt über eine geringe Messabweichung

• ± 1°C im Messbereich von 0°C bis 60°C
• ±1,5°C im Messbereich von -40°C bis 0°C und im Messbereich von über +60°C
• ±3% im Bereich von 0% bis 100% Luftfeuchtigkeit
• ±1,0 hPa im Messbereich von 300 – 1100 hPa
• im Bezug der Höhenmessung liefert der BME280 im Bereich von 0-60°C eine max. ABweichung von ±1 Meter, bzw. 1,7 Meter ausserhalb des vorgenannten Temperaturbereichs

The BME Sensor Module is available in 2 versions:

• BME280 5V Version with a XC6206P332MR (662K) 3.3V LDO Voltage Regulator and a logic level shifter on board

The BME280 Sensor Module enables

The BME280 3.3V Version I2C Bus is activated thru CSB (Chip Select Bus) pin determines which bus to use. A logic HIGH selects the I2C bus (standard). A 10K pull-up resistor on the module pulls this pin HIGH and so the I2C bus is selected by default unless this pin is grounded for active SPI interface.

The I2C Interface of the BME280 supports to addresse thru SDO Pin

• 0x76 / SDO PullDown
• 0x77 / SDO PullUp

BME280 Module Accuracy

• ±1°C is obtained over the range of 0 to 65°C. Outside that range, the accuracy can decrease to ±1.5°C
• humidity over the range of 0 to 100% with an accuracy of ±3%
• pressure over the range of 300 to 1100 hPa with excellent accuracy of ±1.0 hPa
• elevation measurement in temperature range of 0 to 65°C with an accuracy of approximately ±1 meter. Outside that range the accuracy can decrease to ±1.7 hPa
